Note: Make sure you are using a device that supports offline mode before continuing. To see the devices that are currently supported, see this article: Offline Mode
To enable offline mode for the first time after updating to the latest supported software version, follow these steps:
- Restart your device while online to ensure there are no pending updates for the device firmware or the i2 Tickets POS app
- Tap "Settings" > "Change Company"
- Re-select your business from the list.
- Select an event
- You should now see a new "Offline Payments" tab under settings. This indicates offline mode is enabled for your device
Once offline mode is enabled for your device, you are ready to Take Payments Offline
