Point of Sale is where you’ll create and manage products, menus, and item images to support your gate workers, concession staff, and merchandise sales. Our POS setup gives you a flexible and customizable workflow tailored to your venue needs.

Important Notes:
We strongly recommend using Point of Sale primarily for concessions and merchandise. Your event tickets will already be displayed under the Event Page on your terminal.
If your menu is extensive, pairing an s700 terminal with an iPad provides the easiest navigation and fastest checkout flow. For menus under 10 items—or when using standardized product names—the s700 terminal alone will support your needs effectively.
Be sure to name your product images correctly before uploading them to your Media Library. This keeps your dropdown selections clean, organized, and easy to find.
We’ve seen the most success when organizations standardize concession items and prices across seasons and sports for faster setup and consistent reporting.
Once you save changes in your Venue Portal, pull down on the terminal screen to refresh and synchronize updates. Each POS device will need its own screen pulldown to reflect new products, menus, or image changes.
