This is where you will create, manage, and view all events and their corresponding tickets. You can navigate using either the default calendar view or switch to list view. Both views support archived event filtering and include a search bar to help you quickly find what you need.
What You Can Do Here:
• Create standalone events using the Create New Event button
• Manage tickets, descriptions, and event details
• Switch between calendar and list views depending on your workflow
• Search or filter archived events for past reporting or reference
• Drag-and-drop to quickly reschedule events
• Click any event once for a fast overview, or use Copy and Duplicate for faster event creation
Important Notes:
You do not need to include your organization name inside the event title or ticket name. Short, simple titles perform better in reports and provide a cleaner experience for your fans.
If you want to add an image (logo, graphic, or event page banner) to your event description, right-click the image online, select Copy Image Address, and paste the link into the Web Address field. We recommend starting with a 200 x 200 image size—you can adjust formatting later in the description.
Use the three main tabs to complete your event setup: General Information, Reserved Seating, and Sponsor Information.
When using Copy or Duplicate:
• Copy creates a single editable version of the event for small adjustments
• Duplicate creates multiple copies on the calendar, allowing you to drag them to new dates and rename them later. A standardized naming system will make this much easier.
