Your Dashboard provides an at-a-glance view of your settlement periods, events, and daily sales performance for both Online and In-Person (POS) transactions. This is your central hub for monitoring revenue and confirming activity across your organization.
• A summary of your selected settlement period and every event included within it
• Daily sales charts showing Online Sales vs In-Person Sales
• Real-time updates as new events go live, or sales occur
Key Actions:
• Use the Settlement Period dropdown to switch between reporting cycles
• Use the Sort Events dropdown to quickly reorganize your events based on what you need to view
• Click to the right of any column header to sort ascending or descending
• Use the search bar under each column to find a specific product or amount in the appropriate column — and click the small square icon that appears to the right to clear your search
Important Notes:
Settlement totals and daily sales charts may not match. This is normal. Future events that are already live will appear in your daily sales but not in your settlement totals. Additionally, if a terminal is assigned to the wrong event, those sales may be displayed under an unexpected day or settlement period.
It’s important to recognize that settlement periods run Monday through Sunday. We allow settling to occur Monday–Wednesday, with payouts occurring Wednesday evening. Funds will typically reach your account on Thursday or Friday depending on your bank.
