What You'll Need: To initiate a refund request, please reach out to our support team with the following details:
- Your Full Name: Provide your first and last name.
- Email Address: Include the email address associated with your i2 Account.
- The Last 4 Digits of the Card: Share the last 4 digits of the debit or credit card used to make the purchase.
- Event Date: Mention the date of the event.
- Transaction Type: Indicate whether it was an online or in-person transaction.
Administrator Approval: Your provided information will be sent to the organization's administrators for their approval. If your request is denied, you'll receive a clear explanation of the reasoning behind their decision.
Approved Refunds: On the flip side, if your refund request gets the green light, you can expect the refunded amount to be returned to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
